Charleston Mattress

My husband and I went to Charleston mattress store to purchase a mattress. We were met by Lynda who was extremely knowledgeable about all of the mattresses and showed us many different kinds until we found just what we wanted. The mattress was delivered by Olin and Tech. They took our old mattress and box spring to be recycled at Bed Shred and even put on the encasement. Later we realized we had purchased the wrong size mattress and contacted Liz who couldn't have been nicer about exchanging the mattress for us to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Absolutely the best experience with Liz the owner while purchasing a new mattress. She was very thorough with describing the mattresses and gave me plenty of leisure time trying them out. I went with the Cloud 9 for it was flippable,and was so comfortable ! I will definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a New Mattress to check out Charleston Mattress!

I purchased a mattress & box spring from Charleston mattress just over 2 years ago for my spare bedroom. recently while changing bedding I noticed the Thermcell top layer was pilling quite a bit & stiching was coming out. I emailed “ you” with pics to suggest maybe using a different fabric since it appeared it was wearing prematurely. Liz replied almost immediately, said they would pick up the mattress, redo the top layer & return it to me next day- Wow, now that’s some customer service! They did just that, mattress looks brand new again. I am amazed at their response and actions. Would definitely recommend shopping there.

I bought a mattress over the phone from Charleston Mattress and it was a fabulous experience! Customer service was extremely knowledgeable, delivery (3 days later!) was stress-free, and the new mattress is perfect! A wonderful experience all around.

We purchased our mattress 3 years ago and it is one of the best purchases we have ever made. We still remember the quality of service, advice, and over all experience we received from Liz and her team. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable of what lasts and what is best, she’s genuinely kind. She knows she has an incredible product and didn’t try to push us into a decision. The mattress speaks for itself! Additionally, the delivery service is top notch. They communicated and executed on the delivery time. We had a problem with our bed frame that was user error when we changed the layout of our bedroom, and their team came out to look it over and gave us details on how to prevent the problem in the future. You don’t receive this kind of customer service anywhere and you won’t be disappointed with Charleston Mattress. We’ll be buying all of our future mattresses from here because the quality doesn’t deteriorate, neither does the service.
