Charlotte Appliance Furniture and Mattresses

I would never go there again. Their so-called Installation guy is a joke. Rob ( hes not even an Charlotte employee ) says he’s gonna come out and do the installation if you pay him $139-$159 After buying three appliances in the last month and a half, I’ve never seen him ONCE !!! because he never comes ! Does he even work there? Never again !!! my wife wasted a vacation day. If you want to see my new $400 Range hood here it is. 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼

I've purchased several appliances from Charlotte over the years, and for me it's always been a great experience. The sales people are pleasant and keep it simple. I never feel pressured or misguided. I've been happy with every purchase and installation. The only time I've ever had an issue, it was resolved quickly (the dryer needed to be un-stacked because the control panel was tilted upward and I couldn't easily reach). Most recently, I needed a new refrigerator. They showed me a few solid options, and the one I picked was in stock. They also had one delivery slot open the next day, so that was perfect. Delivery team of Angel and Joe were quick, courteous, professional. I always prefer shopping here for appliances.

Fantastic experience. We went there to buy washer and dryer but ended up buying the furniture we needed as well. Crystal was amazing with her ideas and she showed us many options. We are very happy with our order!

We've purchased several appliances from Charlotte over the past several months, the most recent being a GE Profile refrigerator. From our purchasing experience with Andrew through to delivery and installation with Rick and Mike, the whole experience was extremely positive. Kudos to all the delivery teams, we've had Joe and Angel in the past, they are all very courteous and extremely respectful of your home while delivering and installing appliances.

This is my first time purchasing anything from Charlotte. I went in for a Range and later went back and purchased a mattress. George in appliances was helpful and funny; I laughed for 10 minutes straight. Crystal spent a lot of time explaining the difference between mattresses a few times because they all feel the same after a while. I would have bought a sofa and chair from her, but the one I loved won't get up the stairs to my condo. The delivery guys, Mike and Rick, I believe, were careful not to hit any walls or doors and took the time to show me how to work my new range. Highly recommend!!
