Got my furniture from VIP. DO NOT SHOP AT VALUE CITY. This is not the first time shopping here at VIP Furniture either. VIP told me my recliners was coming in a week, when other furniture store was giving me 2 months to deliver furniture (Terrible). The guys delivered a week later, and setup my recliners for me. Yes it’s a delivery fee (Pay it) you would not be disappointed. It’s been about 5 days since I received my furniture and I’m glad I came to VIP Furniture again. (Couches are navy blue)

He took the time to walk me through all of the options so I could make the best decision and even arranged next day delivery! He called to give me an eta before the delivery and after the delivery to make sure I was satisfied. The delivery itself was on time, fast and efficient. They set up the new recliner and tested everything before leaving. The recliner we got was a great value and my mom loves it! 10/10

Customer service has been great as there has been a slight drawer issue, but they are working with us to resolve the issue. Would go back and recommend for any furniture needs.
