Unclaimed Freight Mattress and Furniture

Horrible experience! Ordered a couch in August set to be delivered in Oct. It is now mid Dec. Unclaimed Freight kept messing up (ordered wrong color, didn’t order full couch, etc). The owner would say it wasn’t their fault, but the workers told us it was documented as their mistakes! We’d call and the workers were SO NICE. The owner? RUDE. The other workers would always apologize for him… We had 4 delivery dates set, all which were canceled an hour before. Finally, we get it delivered. Two men show up (one I found out was the owner) and don’t even introduce themselves! No “hi, I’m so and so, we are so sorry for all of this.” NOPE. Just walk over to the door, say “yeah this won’t fit inside”. I ask if there’s another angle etc, they say nope and leave. I call them back and say I want my couch and I’ll get it inside. They drop it off. In an HOUR my father, wife, and myself get the couch inside and in my basement. WHAT! After 3 months of waiting, being lied to saying it wasn’t there fault, and then told they couldn’t get it inside when it was FINALLY delivered… Never. Ever. Will they get my business again and I hope others don’t fall into this mess.

Very disappointed I don’t even think they deserve this star until they stop lying to their customers. I ordered a couch and bedroom set they said both were in stock I paid and left delivery came a day late with all these damn excuses and my couch MISSING because they say “oh it’s not coming in for another month” you guys said you had it and just now tell Me on day of delivery there is no couch. I got a refund. They also drilled nails through my headboard because they have no skill and logic and when i asked the guy to take his shoes off he stared at me all funny do not appreciate the scams and lying. They have lost my business and my family and friends that I know will not be shopping from here ever.

Omg this place is the best . The guy that helped me understood that my card kept saying declined but he kept working with me. Come to find out I only had a lock on my card because it was a big purchase but I am so satisfied with my living room set delivery fast. The people are so nice, he helped me put together the perfect living room set for my entertainment needs at home, and the establishment is very clean. Thank you so much I will be back again very soon

Horrible experience. I ordered a dresser at the store 2 weeks ago. I was told it will take 10 days before it arrives, when they finally got it , they contacted me to deliver between 3-5. It is now 6:30 and no sign of them coming. I texted them back but they never responded. I understand there can be a delay, but at least they should let me know.

Lots of quality items at great prices; excellent customer service. Would have been 5 stars, but delivery left much to be desired.
