Great customer care. Went out of their way to provide me with a new base for our swivel glider chair when original broke. Of course, six months out of warranty. Manager remembered they had one in the back and gave it to me. Saved me some money, for sure.
View on GoogleI went in there because I needed something for my surgery. Recovery. In the guy immediately helped me Made it so fast and easy. I was out of there in 5 minutes. These guys are awesome Super polite. and answers any question you have highly recommended
View on GoogleWe had a great experience working with these guys. We ordered a sectional and had a couple hiccups with the manufacturer, but Brenden and Wyatt handled everything so well. They stayed on top of it, kept us updated, and really went the extra mile to make sure everything was right. Super professional, easy to work with, and just genuinely good people. We really appreciated how they handled it and would absolutely work with them again.
View on GoogleI was looking for a recliner, but I liked the sofa and loveseat so much that I got all three. Brendan really worked on the price for me, expedited delivery and got me through the process like it was nothing. He and Wyatt even made sure that I left with the recliner that day. Affordable, timely and great customer service. SO MUCH better than the big name store treatment, but the same furniture available!
View on GoogleThe best experience! We have not purchased furniture in 17 years! Shopper stalking was NOT a thing here. I spent a month eyeing this couch before I got my husband in to look. Brennan was amazing. Always straight forward with us and one-stop shop for us. He handled everything from info, pricing, delivery (we don’t need it), and finances. It was so nice to have one person from beginning to end. Absolutely no one in town could beat the price on the same Ashley furniture. Not to mention very personable and treated us like friends, jumping right in with our family shenanigans! It was a fun experience and I like that this is not a corporate business model and only has a few employees! Local to Only OK and AR, and family owned. I feel like I got to support real people and a local business all in one! We LOVE our new couch!!
