Amazing customer service! Thomas Lucero is the best sleep specialist — he helped us find the perfect mattress to help with back and neck pain. He’s very knowledgeable and did great explaining the different options and what would be best for us. Highly recommend going to Mathis Sleep in Broken Arrow.

I am coming back to edit this review, everything was great on the front side of the sale. The back side was horrible. First and foremost the men delivering had a terrible attitude from the word go. Rude, unhelpful, unempathetic. If a company like Mathis is going to associate with a third party, A.) They should still be polite.2.) If for some reason (LONG DEAD TINY SPIDER) they cannot fulfill the hauling off part, there should be a third party or a references or two that Mathis can recommend to haul off matresses and box springs or old furniture, or references to other people to haul junk off instead of leaving a client with heavy furniture on a doorstep and breezeway infront of a fire extinguisher. A $50 credit to my account won't get me anywhere in a Mathis store. It is appreciated, however the only way to clear this up in my mind is to make sure others do not have the same issue. In case the Mathis folks don't follow, that is several junk removal companies to refer to if a cross-contamination issue is thought to be an issue. I do not live in a complex where pests are an issue. Just dropping a customer like a hot potato is in no way a good way to finish a deal. Because some people like myself may have to spend $130 even when they do not have it, references to help with are appreciated. I DO want to thank the guys that eventually helped haul my old stuff away... the AMAZING.. GENTLEMEN, at JENKINS JUNK REMOVAL drove out of their way and worked through their lunch to help get this stuff out and away from my door step, so they are amazing go to's if you should find yourself in my position. Thomas Lucero did an outstanding job taking me through the base positions and helping me find a bed and base that would fit my comfort levels and pricepoint. I do appreciate his time and consideration however due to the back end problems and just having the furniture dumped outside my apartment, and no one on property to help get it A.) Back inside, or B.) Hauled off, I WILL NOT, REPEAT WILL NOT, ever buy from MATHIS stores again. PERIOD. This is sad because the front end did a fantastic job. I do apologize for reducing the stats however the entire experience should be a good one, this one thing could have been done differently and maybe the experience would not have been so bad.

The man that helped me was hella cool. (71st and Lynn Lane location). Asked me what I was already using and if I wanted to stay with that type of pillow or switch. Didn't try to upsell me the most expensive pillow in the store or give me a bunch of pillow facts I wouldn't care about. In and out in about 10-15 minutes. Used my pillow that night (obviously) and absolutely love it. 19/10 experience

Excellent purchase tonight with Josh! Looking forward to a better nights sleep in my new tempurpedic mattress, adjustable frame and pillows. Will be so great for my back, neck and tons of spinal problems. Great store. No pressure and knowledgeable salesman.
