Rick was so amazing! He was very honest with us without any kind of pressure- he even walked away when we were deciding to buy because he did not want my husband and I to feel pressured in anyway! He gave us honest feedback, he even lent us his tape measure to retake our measurements at home and came back! So friendly, very clean and amazing deals! We will definitely be coming back!

Went there with a friend today to pick up a couple pieces that he purchased on April 1st and unfortunately we're told the wrong hours by somebody not related to the store so it was not their fault we got in. Nobody was around. Door was open even though they weren't open. We waited a bit then I made a couple whistling noises just to find out if somebody was around and he came out and whoever it was. Don't know if was the owner seemed like he was very annoyed, which again wasn't our fault until we realized it was our fault because we thought they opened at 10:00 but they opened at 11:00. And then he was looking for my friend's purchase receipt that he paid cash for the day before on April 1st and we were there April 2nd and he couldn't find it. But then he eventually did find it but still seemed to be having a bad day and was really not very pleasant. And I did apologize for making that noise and thinking they were open at 10:00. So not sure who he was if he was the owner or one of their staff or workers or salesman. But in our opinion my friend and I who will not be customers anymore, thought that he did not handle it as well as he could have. And I do admit and we do admit that we didn't handle as well if we could have but as a business owner or representative of a business. You need to have yourself in the best situation that you can cuz your customer is going to apologize to you when you don't accept that. Apology then. It's on you. Sorry for the long dia tribe here. Just want to let the owner if this was not. The owner know that there's a better way to handle things. Thank you so much! Hope you're having a better day!

If I could give 0 stars I would. To start with, I was assured the furniture would be delivered in 10 days to 2 weeks. No one called to inform me of a delay and when I called I was told it would be another week. I was also told it would be $299 for delivery and I could just tip the guy $60 to take my old furniture away. It was $300 extra! I canceled.

I bought a sofa and king size mattress. I had them delivered. After 30 days I noticed my $1000 leather sofa had been hit on a corner like it was dropped? I called and they said they would not be able to do anything about it. I told them that was bad business, and they needed to make it right. I offered to spend more, buying a chair. I went in and dealt directly with my salesman, Steve. I was compensated more than fairly, but i had to spend to get something back from the poor delivery I paid $235 for.
