Cincinnati Overstock Warehouse

Furniture shopping is usually one of those things you do because you have to—not because it's fun. But today completely changed that. We had the absolute best experience with Shawn. From the moment we met him, he had us laughing. His sense of humor made the entire process enjoyable, and unlike so many salespeople, there was never a hint of pressure. Just genuine conversation, expert advice, and someone who clearly knows his craft. You can tell Shawn has been doing this for a long time. His knowledge of furniture was impressive, and he helped us find the perfect pet-friendly sofa for our family. What started as "just looking for a couch" somehow turned into a recliner, ottoman, two nightstands, and a floor mirror making their way home with us too. That's not sales pressure—that's the result of someone who truly listens and helps customers find what they need. The experience got even better when a casual conversation turned into a Pokémon discussion. Shawn surprised my kids with Pokémon cards, which absolutely made their day. My children already think furniture stores are giant indoor playgrounds, and after some sibling wrestling on the showroom floor, they left convinced this was one of the best shopping trips ever. Adding to the fun were Shawn's hilarious and creative signs scattered throughout the store. They brought so much personality to the space and reflected exactly who he is—someone who genuinely cares about his job, his customers, and creating a memorable experience. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Shawn is a reminder of what it looks like when someone truly loves what they do. Thank you for making furniture shopping the highlight of our day!

10/10 service with Shawn. I’ll definitely be back to shop with Shawn again! They have the best deals around from all the stores we checked out and we had to come back. Shopping with Shawn was just an extra bonus because he was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. His personality was just such an extra added bonus! I’ll definitely be back & Shawn will always be my recommendation for any of our friends and family on the hunt for some nice, new furniture.

After our searching in store and online, we decided to check out Cincinnati Overstock Warehouse and I'm glad we did! Cincinnati Overstock Warehouse had the exact same furniture set as another retailer for over $500 less. The only difference is a longer delivery time. We were in no particular hurry. No overhead and no commissions so you are not bombarded at the door with salespeople as soon as you walk in the door. We asked Tiffany many questions and she was very courteous with every question. We will definitely be back.

Great experience here. We really enjoyed working with our sales person Shawn. He was refreshingly direct and helpful without following us around the store stalking us, as is typically the case in a furniture store. The prices here are great. We got a lot more for our money here than we would have at other places - and we looked around a lot. I highly recommend Cincinnati Overstock Warehouse and be sure to ask for Shawn.
