I spent weeks trying to find the perfect couch for my space. Shawn helped me multiple times and eventually sold me on my purchase! I really appreciated his patience and knowledge about every product in the building. I will most definitely be a returning customer!

The shopping experience and delivery were EXCELLENT! Everything in the store is laid out well so you can walk around and view it. Great prices as well. Delivery was fast and efficient! After having issues with Morris Home Furniture just a week before when trying to buy and have delivered a bed frame. This experience was a breath of fresh air! Tree was the sales associate who helped us out and he was super kind and helpful! Will be recommending Cincinnati Overstock to anyone in the market for new furniture in the future!

Since they wanna delete my review, I’ll leave a more in depth explanation as to why you should avoid this place. As if them deleting bad reviews isn’t enough of a reason. I purchased a couch online after visiting 2 of the store locations. The couch I wanted from them was in stock at both locations, I specifically asked. I didn’t purchase in store as I was still shopping around. Once I determined that Cincinnati Overstock had the couch I wanted to purchase I proceeded to do so online. I placed my order, got no order confirmation, no order acknowledgement, nothing. I figured no biggie it’s online so it’ll probably take a few and I’ll get an email. Sadly this was not the case. I had to text (absolutely ridiculous and extremely unprofessional to handle things via text in my opinion) and beg for some sort of information just to be told they were busy and having “system issues” none of which was explained until after I, the customer, reached out to them. I find this absolutely pathetic and extremely unprofessional. The next part is where they -try- to get you and brought on my original concern. Before even given a shipping date or invoice of any sort they immediately asked me to leave them a 5star review which would also enter me in a raffle for a $100 gift card. They rely on your excitement of getting new furniture to leave a good review when your experience after that are going to be horrendous. Just look at the other bad reviews and how they all mention the same problems. This raised a major red flag for me, between the request to give a great review before you got your product and the other bad reviews with similar statements. I decided to reach out to see if there was any sort of update on my order and I was immediately answered with an abrupt “no” that was rudely stated while interrupting me, the customer. I explained how barbaric and insane that was considering its 2026 and how advanced technology is. Not to mention I work in logistics so i personally know this is not accurate. Since the lovely rude individual I was communicating with from Cincinnati Overstock clearly did not want to help me, I mentioned I would include that in my final review. Well, mentioning there negligence really upset them so they decided to cancel my order due to “threats” of a bad review. Ironically enough, here they are getting yet another bad review. At the end of day, if you really shop around price wise, you’re really not saving as much money as this toxic place would want you to believe you are. Plus based on the other reviews the delivery service is an absolute circus as well. I’d highly recommend you give a company your money who genuinely wants to help instead of take your money and shrug. Stay away and spend your money at a more respectable establishment, these guys won’t be in business for long the way they operate. Not to mention the overall display and condition of the buildings these businesses are in. Water damage and ceiling tile reside all over the floors. They’re a money hungry “business” that sells product they don’t have in stock, and provide asinine customer service. They simply do not care. I’ll be sure to check and make sure my review stays up so that way others can avoid this clown show. They canceled my order because they didn’t want yet another bad review yet here we are.

Shawn was great to work with and never made us feel pressured. They had great items and the prices were way less than any of the big name retailers down the street.

The Florence location is great and the employees are so nice to work with. Anna K did a great job of helping me piece together my furniture selections and assisted with getting the delivery setup for me. She went above and beyond to help with my order and even complete an add on purchase. Wynter delivery service is who brought my furniture to me and the delivery team were very polite. They went above and beyond to make sure my order was delivered and even made a second trip to my house the same day. Would definitely recommend this place for any furniture needs you have.
