Damaged couch and damaged our door and banister during delivery. Roughed the door up, put deep gouges in the metal banister and the couch had a torn piece of leather.and over a two inch gap between the seat back on one side. He said our floor was off level. Which we used a level after he left and it's perfectly level. . My husband asked Mr Clark to come out. He was very rude , his answer to our damage was "they did good". I've never had a business treat me like this. He covered the hole with ink marker and was going to cover deep metal gouges in my banister with ink but I told him not to. The banister will have to be sanded and painted. The banister is a loose from the wall. He said it was a ridiculous excuse of a banister. Well yea after the damage I agree it is. It's terribly wobbly. He won't offer to fix the damage or offer compensation and he hung up on my husband when he told him we wanted to send the couch back and get a refund. He said once it's in your house it's yours. We are deciding what we need to do next. Also how did a business get by so long with NO handicap compliance?

We have shopped at Clark Interiors for many years and everything we have bought is of the highest quality. The store is full of beautiful furnishings and accessories. You will love the store and the owners!
View on GoogleVery helpful, friendly and informative. Doug spend a good amount of time with us and allowed my wife and I time to decide what pieces we wanted to buy. Their delivery men were courteous and professional upon the delivery of the furniture.
View on GoogleBought a bed, mattress and box springs. The mattress was recommended by ms Clark. It was horrible to sleep on but I gave it a month to see if it would improve over time. No luck. Went back in to ask to exchange for a different mattress but was told no way. She never asked what the problem was or tried to resolve the issue. Said her husband would call. He never did until my second visit. He said if it was a mfg defect he would exchange but that was the only way. I asked how would anyone know if they don't come and look at the mattress. He wasn't interested in doing that either. Said i bought it and it was mine. In summary, if they treat me, a new customer like that, I'm sure they done that to many others. My advice, avoid these people like the plague
