We purchased a recliner from Claussens in anticipation of a shoulder surgery. The day of the surgery, we realized the power cord had broken (kids...). I went into the store thinking it would be a quick fix if they had the parts. Not quite the quick fix I had expected, but they SENT A REPAIRMAN TO MY HOUSE 20 MINUTES LATER to replace the motor and broken power cord. I was floored by the excellent customer service. We will definitely shop with them again.

They were nice enough swamping out a piece for a piece and delivered to my house which was a distance. I highly recommend them and would travel to their location for the experience and to purchase again.

I needed them by Christmas so he suggested when I should place the order and just like Santa they arrived on time. Vince has a great deal of knowledge with different brands. He’s wonderful and I highly recommend him and the store.
View on GoogleVery beautiful retro,contemporary and even old world furniture, friendly family owned business, ask for Justin or Mark they are very kind and knowledgeable about the quality of antique furniture. Very nice and bigger than what you see from the outside of the building. And Louella is the cutest and sweet go visit just to say hi.
