Giving them a 3 due to a lack of training and honesty. When we arrived, the sales associate followed us everywhere, which was an immediate turnoff since we were very clear that we were just looking. She also did not listen to what we needed at all. I do want to give credit where it’s due the interior design consultant she brought in was AMAZING and is honestly the only reason we purchased. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and not pushy. We could have paid cash, but the “interest-free” financing they sold us on seemed to make sense at the time. Unfortunately, we were given a large stack of paperwork to sign, and while that part is on me for trusting them, please read every page and every line. Fast forward we later discovered they had added a life insurance plan for $99/month to our agreement on top of the “interest-free” payment. After calling corporate and jumping through hoops, the fee was finally removed. Between the lack of transparency and misleading financing, I will never do business here again. Also, “no interest” is not truly no interest read the fine print, because there is a fee!!! We will be paying this off ASAP because I do not trust them!! Furniture was delivered with easy and we love it BUT we could have had a better experience!!

Been looking for the right living room furniture for awhile. Visited every furniture store in Lakeland. This was the 2nd time at Hudson’s. They had just received what we needed. Chad greeted us and spent a lot of time with us with our decision. If anyone knows furniture and you have questions Chad is your man. Thanks Chad.

We had a fantastic experience at Hudson Furniture! From the moment we walked in, Michael was incredibly helpful and attentive. He took the time to walk us through multiple options and styles, and he answered every question we had about the products, warranties, and delivery with complete confidence and clarity. What we appreciated most was that Michael was never pushy—he made us feel completely comfortable and secure in our decision. His professionalism and genuine care made the whole process easy and enjoyable. We’d definitely return to Hudson’s and would be happy to work with Michael again!

Chad has been my salesperson on numerous occasions. He is always VERY knowledgeable about the furniture but never is a high pressure salesman. I like that! This time we were also assisted by Thomas the Design Manager. He too, was helpful with suggestions without the high pressure. We even had some fun! This is why I return to Hudson’s for most of my furniture needs.

Hudson’s has been my go to for 15 years, and this was my best experience yet. Chad is always great to work with, and Thomas, the in store designer, truly elevated the process. I shopped around but kept coming back to the King Hickory sofa. Ordering custom felt easy with Thomas guiding me the whole way. Highly recommend.
