Coconis Furniture & Mattress 1st

I went to so many other stores looking for a nice but not overly expensive living room set and Chelsea and the mangers took such good care of my kids and I. They were family friendly and there was a miscommunication about the furniture being moved and the manager literally drove over himself to help! I can imagine this was stressful and really not his job but he did it anyways to make sure we were taken care of. I will continue to sing their praises. Best furniture store in town! I am super grateful, thank you!!

We bought a reclining sofa at Heath. Mike B. helped us make an excellent decision & our new sofa just arrived! Delivery team was friendly, very careful about wet feet & were in & out in

First time shopper. Saw some sofas online but wanted to see them in person. I wanted to walk around and see all there was to see, without a sales pitch. Sales reps on the floor read my vibe correctly. When I eventually had a question, Travis, the manager, appeared as if by magic! We talked through a couple of options, I made a choice, and Lexy processed my order. No pressure, super helpful, great price, quick process. I will definitely shop here again!

I went in to look at accent chairs (looking for a specific type). The sales person was very helpful. There was no pressure to buy or look at items that were not the style I wanted. I was walking around, and they found one that might work. We went to look at it, comfort, style, and color. I got a price for the special order. I asked how long it would be (8-10weeks). Which was fine. I was in no rush to get it yet. I left with a printout so I can make sure the size will work. Again, there was no pressure. They do have a lot of mattress to choose from. Quite a few dining sets, bar stools, hightop tables. Probably 40 recliner options to choose from. And of course, standard couch, love seats, and sectionals. Outside, they have patio furniture sets. The parking lot is easy to get into and out of.

I bought 2 recliners for 999.00 each. A love seat with center console, i believe it was 1400.00. i am so glad i bought the expensive warranty. Every single piece of furniture has broken. The one reliner the motor went out. The loveseat has the plug and charger in it. That has broke and been replaced. Now we are waiting for repair man because the other recliner has the wood broken on the arm. Now lets be clear. There are no children in our home. We are in our 60's. Im so disappointed.
