Coconis Furniture & Mattress 1st

I absolutely love supporting family-owned businesses over giant corporate chains whenever I can, and Coconis Furniture did not disappoint. Their selection is honestly incredible, having every shape size and style we could ask for. All the big name brands you’d expect, plus so many more unique options you don’t always see elsewhere. What makes this experience even cooler is that Travis and I actually met on an airplane ride back to Columbus. During that conversation, I promised him that when the time came, I’d fill my new living room with furniture from Coconis. Today was me keeping my word. I left Travis a voicemail, and he personally called me back within minutes. That level of customer service and genuine care is hard to find anymore. Everyone there was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the entire process enjoyable instead of stressful. If you’re looking for quality furniture, an amazing selection, and people who truly care about their customers, I highly recommend Coconis Furniture. They have programs in place to ENSURE 100% customer satisfaction. We will not need those "programs" for our purchase but it is amazing to hear they want to make sure every single customer is happy with their purchases. They have made a lifelong customer in us! Thank you Travis and Team! -Reed

Walked in and asked for a specific person who was not working. We were very lucky to get Haley Told her our list of needs. She matched us with our items. We were amazed and thrilled with her knowledge and ability to find the best match. Gave us several good options. Did not pressure but helped us make us make a good decision. Sent us home with fabric swatches. We returned and made purchase. Would refer others to this store

Dave is a great salesman!! He’s helped me through text and phone calls which saved me so much time. The convenience was great since I live about 40 mins away. I will definitely do business with him in the future!!

Great experience today at Coconis Furniture. My 88 year old mother decided she needed a recliner to replace the one lost in the Heath flood several years ago. Our store agent was extremely friendly and helpful. He took the time to point out differences in the various models and helped us organize several discounts to save on the total price. Found the one my mom wanted and made delivery arrangements soon as the item was purchased. Coconis had a very nice selection and the sales was very low pressure. Our agent listened to the needs of the purchaser. A good experience. Definitely can recommend. Will shop there again.

Mike was very helpful with guiding us on buying a mattress. Ultimately we spent a fair amount, but got the best one for us! Quality of life and health was his focus and I appreciate that! Excited to have it delivered at the end of the month!
