Coconis Furniture & Mattress 1st

Last minute my husband and I decided we need to buy new furniture for our home. Walked in and was immediately greeted by Daniel. He allowed us to browse the store and did not bothered us. Nothing worse than shopping and having someone over your shoulders why we discuss our options, likes and dislikes! Store was very clean and organized. We did find exactly what we wanted and was ready for Daniel to work his magical number. He went over all the warranties it had to offer and had additional warranty if you want it. We left out of there happy! Our home is complete for now until our addition is done! Will definitely be back.

My husband and I went mattress shopping at the Lancaster Coconis store today. Our experience was wonderful. Daniel and Mike greeted, and introduced themselves to us upon our arrival. We were very comfortable and never felt any pressure to buy. They patiently spent time to fit us to the optimum mattress selection. We enjoyed spending time with them. We all shared personal anecdotes of our lives, a Midwestern trait that builds a sense of rapport and trust. My husband and I were very satisfied with the quality and price of our selection. Coconis furniture, both the Lancaster and Heath locations, have been our first choice for mattresses and other home furnishings for many years.

Daniel was an awesome sales rep! He was helpful and fun. He wasn't pushy but made sure he answered any and all questions that we had. He made sure to inform us of all sales and details! The store was clean and welcoming.

We just bought a new mattress and adjustable base at Coconis Furniture in Lancaster. Mike and Daniel were the sales people. They were excellent, just the right amount of knowledge and friendliness without the high pressure to have to buy from them. Highly recommend going to this store.

We are repeat customers of Coconis Furniture in Lancaster, Ohio. We needed to replace a mattress, made a call and talked to Mike Wingate. When we went in a couple days later it was Mike’s day off, but we were helped in every way possible by Mike Bruckelmeyer. He answered all our questions and directed us towards a mattress that would make our backs happy. We went home, discussed what we had seen and went back a few days later to test the mattress again. The transaction is totally non-pressure and delivery was also a very pleasant experience. This company and all of their employees are 5 Stars!
