After placing an order for delivery for thousands of dollars worth of furniture, could not reach a customer service representative on the phone, by chat, or text. Contacted the sales person (Alexis) who had provided me her contact info and she refused to help. Finally got a hold of someone in the online orders department and they refused to help other than to try to provide me with numbers that I had already called and that did not work. If I could give 0 stars I would. Stay away!!
View on GoogleWe had a great experience at Ashley Outlet. We were assisted by John who was knowledgeable about the products and answered all of our questions. If he wasn’t 100% about the answer, he went to find the answer from his manager. He has an upbeat personality and was very patient. John cared about our needs and showed us fantastic options. I would recommend this store. The atmosphere is very bright and happy compared to other, more expensive furniture stores. 10/10.
