Please read I loved the greeting... "What's up, what do we got"! Hand clap with fast scissor back & forth. Store is highly cluttered & jam packed! I simply requested for a firm seat, a larger accent chair. Gentlemans response was to "try them all for comfort & let me know". I excepted to be at least shown 1-2 that may fit the criteria I asked for. He did not follow us around, which I will say I liked that. I just felt more questions he could have asked but were a missed opportunity. Now, I may come back with the wife I certainly have not decided on that yet. The owner feels below because I work for a competitive store apparently I can not be a customer as well. One store in no way has access to everything one may like or love in their home. Keep in mind... We are ALL customers as well period. My review was in no way fake it was my honest and accurate experience. I have visited a second time with in the last few months I had a similar experience that was a little better.

Great experience, Adam was super helpful. I told him right away when I got there that I was just going to look around and not buy anything and he let me do my thing, and then later answered a bunch of questions for me. When I came back today to buy my couch he was perfectly happy to let me just sit in it for like 30 minutes to make sure it would work for me. Really helpful, and most importantly not pushy in the slightest, unlike some furniture companies in town who are still calling me after making one stop there and buying nothing. Also, the delivery fee is crazy cheap, like the cheapest I've ever seen. Recommending Comfort Center to all my friends!

Brian was very patient with my 95 year old Mom who was shopping for a new mattress and frame. He took time and listened to her. Thanks so much.

Not very welcoming. The help doesn't help at all and when there was a broken lift chair on the floor I told him about he laughed it off. Not very good business if you ask me. I happily took my business right across the street to Van Dries. They were very nice and helpful.

Sales staff was very helpful and not at all pushy. We were able to find exactly what we were looking for at almost $100 less than the closest competitor. They also gave us a deal on the fabric protection as well. All in all a very positive experience.
