Sleep Number

From the time I entered the store until the time I left, Mackenzie helped me with everything! All I needed that day was a couple of sheet sets and a pillow. But she went all out and let me know about some sheet sets that I didn’t realize the store had. I ended buying a different type to try out. And she let me know that they could get a pillow in a king size, which I didn’t know they had. Very big help, and made it nice that no one else was in the store as I could ask all the questions I needed to, without having people wait until I was done.

My remote screen snowed over on my old reliable 7 year old SN bed. Was almost sure I wouldn't be able to replace it with newer technology always replacing the old. Dreading the two hour drive to Traverse City I decided it would be best to call first because I want to be disappointed if I was unable to replace my remote. To my surprise they had me in their system and was able to confirm my model with the replacement model I would need. There was no trip needed. Paid over the phone and had it shipped directly to my home. Delivery was several days, and I was assured if I had any issues setting it up to just call back. Of course I had issues! Embarrassed, I waited a couple of days and called asking for help. I have the dinosaur model, no bells, no whistles, just move my air numbers up and down. It took a couple of tries but a very patient man walked me through setting up the remote a couple of times without making me feel like an old folkie! Your customer service is excellent! Your professional patience admirable! My next bed will definitely be a sleep number not just because of the comfort, but because of the customer service after purchase!

Sales associate Noah was great and very knowledgeable! After visiting the Traverse City, MI store twice, his excellent salesmanship persuaded me to buy my 1st Sleep Number bed. Hoping I enjoy the bed for many years. Thank you!

I have enjoyed my bed that I purchased years ago. I wish I'd done an upgrade to the frame, but financially I couldn't get myself to do so. They have great customer service at the Traverse City, MI store though!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a wonderful experience with Sleep Number while searching for a very specific pillow for my husband’s Christmas gift. I had been calling several bed stores in my area, and most simply said no and rushed me off the phone. When I called Sleep Number, the difference was night and day. The gentleman I spoke with was extremely kind, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Before I could even fully explain what I was looking for, he already had the pillow pulled up on his computer and was researching it with me. He took the time to ask thoughtful questions, explained everything clearly, and offered helpful recommendations on pillows they carry that would be comparable. At the end of our phone call, I told him I’d be packing up my toddler and heading into town. When I walked into the store, he immediately recognized us and said something along the lines of, “This must be the toddler and mom looking for the Christmas gift.” He was in the middle of helping another client, but still took the time to explain to the other associate exactly what I was looking for and what he had in mind for us so we were taken care of right away. He also explained their 100-day trial, letting me know that if my husband doesn’t love the pillow, we can exchange it or receive a full refund, which gave me so much peace of mind when buying a Christmas gift. This level of customer service is rare and truly appreciated. Sleep Number has absolutely earned my business, and I won’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality products and outstanding service
