Comfort King Mattress Factory - Fargo

My husband and I went to a bunch of furniture stores to find a new mattress, but nothing compared to the ones at Comfort King. Cody was so great to work with! He answered all of our questions, showed us all of the different options they had, and never once made us feel pressured into making a decision. They were quick to build our mattress and picking-up was a breeze. We have had our mattress a few days now and are already very happy with our purchase!

Returning customer. First comfort king bed is still holding up great after 10 years. We just purchased another for our spare bed. The shopping experience was easy and the employee helping us was friendly and low pressure. They can make a mattress to please anyone at a price no one else can touch.

Bought an amazing king sized mattress at comfort king years ago. I loved it, but had to downsize when I moved states away. When I came back, the bed needed a little work done. The Fargo store gladly honored the original warranty no questions asked Once again I have a king bed adjusted to my specific firmness and comfort needs! Employees were helpful and knowledgeable, especially Ben The cost of the mattress was a little more than I would’ve liked to have spent up front, but looking back, well worth it! I’ve already gotten years of comfortable sleep on this mattress and now looking forward to many more! Would/Will be purchasing from this store again. 10/10 great experience!

I hate our mattress. We spent a lot of money on a bed I hate and feel like we are stuck with it. Every time we have pointed out it is not the mattress we laid on in store, they have "answers" and their solution is to spend more money on more layers of foam. I get spending money if the bed was a few years old and needs new foam. We bought this in August and have tried giving it time, but his is clearly not the same bed we thought we were getting on their display floor. I wake up with pain in my knees and shoulders. They gave us a egg carton foam piece for free to put in our bed but did nothing. They want us to spend more money to keep layering on foam. Ended up buying more foam online to make it "okay" but extremely upset that we did not get what we felt in the store after spending $3k. It all feels like false advertising from their ads to mattresses in their stores.

Unfortunately, I had to give a star to leave a review. It didn’t deserve even one maybe a half of one. Sleep is one of the most important things in life Let’s talk about the sales staff we dealt with two different people The first one that we normally worked with just stood and listened. Didn’t really explain anything on the beds except for if it doesn’t work out for you there’s just a small fee and we can do adjustments on it to make it fit you found out later. The small fee was $1500. Now the second person that young man was rude. Well, he stood behind the counter and stepped status. Well, our first sales person stood in the back and looked through the window periodically at us. I guess they got their money who give a blank about helping and customer service The bed was saggy all and still is after their adjustments. They wanted $100 to come and pick it up and bring it back. I thought that was. rather expensive since we live about a mile from there. Their customer service was horrible. Their bed is saggy and lumpy right off the bat there adjustment fee is outrageous. Maybe they should communicate better on what their prices were instead of just saying a small fee a small fee a small fee over and over when you would talk about I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy let alone to people I like so buyer beware stay away from this place
