Sleep Number

My husband and I stopped in for new pillows and had the opportunity to work with Reese and we will be back to purchase a new bed frame!! Great environment and easy to work with! Left with smiles!!!!

The Sleep Number bed I received did NOT feel like the one I tried in the store. It is so lightweight (cheap) that the delivery guy carried it with one arm. It smelled so strong like foam that it took 1 month before we could sleep on it. Then, after trying it for 1 month we tried to return it and were told that the delivery fee was non-refundable ($269.10) + there is a pick up fee which has increased to $350 + tax. Therefore, we spent $619.10 + tax to try out a bed which felt like an air mattress with foam on top. I spent 45 minutes on the phone to see if they could reduce the pick up fee to the $269.10 that we were originally quoted. Customer service was rude and refused to do this. Very disappointed in the mattress and the customer service experience. Expensive mistake to try a Sleep Number!

Received our bed yesterday for Doorstep delivery. Spent a good amount of $ on this bed. No setup instructions found in App or given at time of delivery pertaining to our bed design. Called the Fargo store today, the person did not know how it needed to be setup and said that I needed to call customer service. I was also told by the lady at the Fargo store that I needed to stop being rude and listen since I did interrupt the person on the phone once. I never raised my voice or used negative language-didn't even mean to interrupt her. I am stunned at the level of customer service-I feel processed and abused.

Dean, our salesperson, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He arranged the delivery for the desired date and responded to questions in a timely manner. If he wasn’t working, another salesperson responded right away. Appreciated the good service so far. We won’t get the bed delivered until August, but are looking forward to trying our first Sleep Number bed.

We were really impressed! Dean took his time with us showed us how effective this bed would be. Talked us through the process and was extremely patient with us. First class all the way.
