HOM Furniture

My experience with HOM furniture has been an extremely positive one. From the purchasing of our furniture from Jed to our delivery team, Christian and Karpeh. There was a slight discrepancy with the number of chairs purchased for my dining set at delivery . Christian was prompt in contacting customer care to let them know. In turn, customer care immediately called me and informed me that they would insure that I receive credit to my account for the mistake. I will continue to visit HOM if I am ever in need of other pieces of furniture. The furniture is well made and very stylish.

Excellent Expertise and Selection! I did a fair amount of research prior to shopping in person for a sofa and chair for my living room. I read several reviews of retailers and it seemed that HOM furniture was one of the top ones; they were my first stop. I went in and Nick helped me. He has been in the industry for many years, and he was happy to take his time. I asked lots of questions, and he answered them confidently. He genuinely provides the level of service I was hoping for. He makes the shopping experience fun and informative. He will give you his honest opinion without being pushy, judgmental, or condescending. He explains price and quality very well. He does not speak down on lower priced furniture or push you into the most expensive item. He explains why each piece is priced accordingly. I truly would not recommend any other furniture retailer in the area; trust me I visited them all. Many others did not take their time to answer my questions, or even take me as a serious sales lead. Others, did not have the selection or the knowledge that Nick and the rest of the team did. I couldn't be more please with my experience. HOM, you are doing it right!

Zach was excellent to work with and very helpful! He offered many options until we found the couch that would work best for my home. I will definitely return for more furniture purchases in the future!

We recently purchased family room furniture and worked with interior designer, Julie Nesson. Julie was great to work with; she was prepared for our appointment with many options for us making the selection very easy. Although one of the pieces we selected didn't fit our space, we were able to find another one that is perfect! We would highly recommend Julie and would work her with again. We were also very pleased with the delivery team and the customer service personnel.
