Comfort Option + Foamnasium at the Fashion Mall

I don’t know why we haven’t heard of this place before, but it is Wonderful! Chloe and Nicky helped us try out 3 different arrangements/versions of mattresses after my husband and I took a short questionnaire about preferences. We found a great mattress for our camper (our home one isn’t ready to be replaced, but we will certainly consider getting our next one there!)They’re made in Indiana! You have 30 days to try them, and if it isn’t right, not comfortable, they help you figure out how to change out a layer(not difficult) to get a better version! Very impressive and comfortable.

We loved our first customized mattresses we bought at Comfort Option. My husband and I ordered two extra long single mattresses with different firmness along with motorized bases that could raise the head and legs to various positions. It offers us a king sized bed along with a wonderful and customized sleeping experience. We loved it so much that we ordered one to send to Colorado to our daughter and son-in-law’s new home. Our plan was to put it in their spare bedroom so when we visit them, we can get a wonderful night’s sleep just like being at home. It worked out beautifully and Comfort Option was amazing to work with!! Everything was so smoothly handled. It’s a great company with a quality product and wonderful customer service!!

I love this place. The 2 dudes working were so kind and they were there to help. Loved how they didn't push anything upon me and let me take my time. Really really good folks. I will be buying my first one soon, on my 26th birthday.

It was my son who introduced me to Comfort Option. He purchased mattresses for his whole house and was extremely satisfied so I decided to give them a try. I wasn’t exactly sure which mattress to choose so I called the store and got some great ideas from Merrideth. Our mattress has been extremely comfortable but after a few months we decided we needed something a little firmer. We contacted Comfort Option and Nathan, the owner, personally helped us pick a layer that would give us the additional support we needed. They shipped that new layer free of charge and it was perfect. I can’t say enough about this company. They are doing everything right, from the product to the outstanding customer service. I had heard a few positive mentions of Comfort Option, and only live a few hours from Indy, so I drove in to try out some of their mattresses. The "they build the mattress in front of you" experience was absolutely fantastic and I've told a lot of other folks about it. I ended up being happy enough with the highest-firmess Alpha, ordered one, and have been sleeping on it every night for five months. I am really happy, especially with the fact that there are still no indentations whatsoever in the topper - I can't say that of any other foam mattress I've had. I feel this company's products represent incredible value and thoughtfulness and at this point, I'd recommend them to anyone.
