I'm met with a very nice young lady named Stephanie. She was extremely helpful. I explained to her my budget and what I was looking for. She took me to a section of the store that was in line with my ideas. I found a sofa almost immediately. We visited and I purchased the sofa. In addition, at the counter, another employee asked if I needed anything else and I have been looking for 2 lamps. Again, Stephanie took me around the store, we looked at lamps. Stephanie priced some lamps for me. I was able to get those 2 lamps at a very good price also. I will be coming back in about 3 weeks to purchase a mattress. They will have a few more in stock and I already have ideas on what I would like. The 3 or 4 staff members. I spoke with were very, very cordial. Very happy just a pleasure to be around. And I did not have to go to any other store to get what I needed.

We’ve shopped at Conlin’s for the last decade and always had a positive experience. Today we wandered in looking for a couple chairs. We found several beautiful pieces, and added on a couple extras because the selection was plentiful and the sale prices are significant. I can’t wait for everything to be delivered! Santa came early this year! 🎅🏽 The service is exceptional. Ask for Jesse - he’ll work hard to make you a happy customer.

Conlin's Furniture has been in business in Billings for many many years. It's Furniture selection is diversified and of execellent quality. The people there were very helpful, without being pressure to make a purchase (which is a nice change). Very willing to work with me on finding a way to make a purchase easy. The prices were reasonable, and fabric selection quality (I chose fabric over leather) was very good. A place I would definitely recommend !

Everyone at Conlin’s went above and beyond to make sure they got me the furniture I wanted. The manager understood I suffer from chronic pain issues and he went to the district manager to get me a recliner the next day to help with my health issues. I cannot say enough about how great I was treated.

I purchased a quality sofabed from Conlins four years ago and had a great experience. Recently I found that the hide-a-bed mechanism wasn't working properly making the bed unusable. I contacted Dan in the Conlins Service Department and they were kind enough to send two gentlemen out to my home take a look at the sofa. They agreed there was an issue and contacted the manufacturer about the problem. The sofabed mechanism was still under warranty so the manufacturer sent a whole new hide-a-bed insert to replace mine. It took a couple weeks, but when it arrived Conlins sent a team to pick up the sofa and a day later it was repaired, and back in my living room in perfect condition! All I paid was a very reasonable fee for labor (under $100). After recently dealing with an online store over an electric recliner chair that quit working, this was a hassle free, stellar experience, and I am so pleased with Conlins handling of my furniture issue. Their Service Department, and delivery teams were respectful and punctual, and so helpful in every way. It was another great experience, and I am happy to post this review and absolutely would recommend them. It is very evident to me that they care about their customers.
