Awesome customer service, they weren't too pushy to sell. A relaxed environment where you could check all mattresses before buying. We love our mattress we got from them, we definitely made the right decision.

Jacob was a super person to deal with he helped my friend that I brought in to buy his mattress and he was so helpful. He even made sure that he got the bed delivered to him on the same day. A week or so later I came back and he provided me with an excellent bargain on a new mattress that I desperately needed! We both are enjoying sleeping comfortably in our new beds. Jacob was the salesman that tended to my wife and I at your Billings, MT Store. I don’t do sales people that run me wrong in any way and will find business elsewhere for that reason alone. Jacob was not a normal pushy salesman he actually listens and REMEMBERS concerns of mine even the next day as I navigate my bed shopping experience. I am a disabled Veteran with mobility issues which grants me my Freedom Rider Scooter. I needed a new mattress came into the store and was assisted with great care. I needed a firm mattress. I was shown several as I laid upon them I found the one my volumpious body would enjoy. I give myself my Memorial sale gift. I purchased SLEEP EXCELLENCE XTRA FM QUEEN 👸 I am so grateful for the patience and professionalism. I also want to thank the delivery guys who came to drop off my mattress. They were in and out in 15 minute's with my old mattress and box spring. Thank you I want to thank Mattress FIRM 2425 King Ave, BILLING MONTANA ,Chalis for integrity and doing the right thing at all times. Friday I received my new bed. Then today I got a call since I posted the photo that the factory sent the wrong bed. Now I have the correct bed firm Xtra I paid for. I just want to appreciate the kindness and doing the honorable thing. Most people would have just let it pass. Shout out to Chalis of Mattress Firm 2425 King Ave, Billings Montana.
