Found the perfect piece for our living room! My husband and I had been searching for so long to find a couch that we could both agree on and that would work for our dogs. As soon as my husband sat on this, he knew it was the one. We just so happened to go around the time they were doing a sale, so it worked out perfectly. Everyone was super nice and not pushy. Tiffany took care of us and was so great to work with! Even got a thank you card in the mail, which was super thoughtful and really confirmed that we made the right choice. So far we are loving this purchase!!!

View on GoogleI loved my salesperson Tiffany, she was great with me and my girls! Helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Delivery went great, movers were nice and professional. Had to send one item back that was warped but had the new piece in 3 days. Thank you to everyone who helped make my transaction smooth and painless.
View on GoogleThis company sold me a 900$ matress and didn't offer a matress cover. It turns out you have to buy the mattress cover or the 30 day in home trial guarantee is void. When I told the sales rep she told me she offered and I declined. This is simply not true. Do your research, ask questions. I'm stuck with a mattress I'm unable to use & was told nothing can be done
View on GoogleWe love our couch, but my husband has been trying to get a couple more pieces for the modular sectional for weeks now. More than twice, they either put him on hold for 45 minutes until he finally hung up, or told him they're trying to work it out and will call him back. It's been about a week since she said she would call him back. It's a discontinued couch and they only have a couple pieces left. I have no idea why they wouldn't want to sell the rest of it or why they keep giving my husband the run around. In the past, customer service was great. Super disappointed in how it's been recently and i guess we won't be buying more pieces because their sales people don't want to make a sale. Will never recommend to anybody any longer
