Bruce (Curly) and Cody (the father-daughter team) were incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient—they didn't rush me at all. They helped me test several mattresses until I found the perfect one for my budget. Strongly recommend a visit and purchase.
View on GoogleCody was wonderful helping me out on Thanksgiving eve. Can't wait for my guests to try out the new mattress. Looking forward to working with you guys again in the near future.
View on GoogleI love the customer service given today by Cody. She was super attentive, not pushy and offered me reasons to protect and use certain items! Everything was explained to me in the simplest terms and she was super helpful! Definitely coming back!
View on GoogleOur 5+ year old mattress from a box started to sag. We decided to shop for a new mattress in person this time and visited Larry - what a great experience! He answered all of our questions and gave us all the time we needed. Larry is very friendly and we never felt any pressure. We ended up choosing a mattress and had it delivered. After about a month we decided we wanted one a bit firmer, so we went back and Larry helped us choose another one and processed the exchange with no questions asked! The entire process as very smooth and Larry kept in touch with us during both deliveries. Additionally, the guys that delivered were very professional and showed care for our home - nice touch! If you're looking for a new mattress, visit Copa Mattress and talk with Larry.
