Mattress Firm Arizona Avenue

Clara did a great job helping me with the choice of my new mattress. The men who delivered it the next day did a great job, and very polite.i am very h appy with my choice from Mattress Firm. My daughter is moving to the are this week, and told her to try Mattress firm for new beds.

Doug was a great help to us in choosing a new adjustable bed to aide in my post surgery recovery and relief of chronic pain that impedes my mobility. He had me try a number of different mattresses on different frames and asked me how they felt and he explained how each was made differently. He was patient and pleasant and did not try to upsell us and presented great options in our targeted price range and then did it once again when we upsold ourselves on a more expensive mattress and adjustable base. After testing the one I eventually ordered, I got up and walked smoothly through the store without pain, for the first time in a few months, that I thought was a bit of heaven. Doug worked through the financing they offered and it turned out the more expensive choice does fit our budget. We appreciate Doug’s time and effort helping us.

My fiancée and I purchased a Tempur-Pedic adjustable bed base on September 1st, receiving excellent assistance from Ms. Caroline, who assured us of its compatibility with our bed frame. However, our delivery experience was disappointing. The delivery personnel were rude and unhelpful. Upon inspecting our bed frame, one of them claimed it wouldn’t be compatible, despite our earlier assurances. They also caused damage by knocking over an air purifier and shattering photo frame, while leaving dents in our bed frame and damaging the baseboard. After attempting to set up the bed, they informed us it was uneven and warned that any damage during adjustments would void the warranty. They offered us two impractical options: to use the base without our frame or return it. When I asked to discuss this with my fiancé, they refused to help further due to time constraints. Ultimately, they took the adjustable base back without completing the setup and advised me to contact the sales representative for a refund, as they weren’t familiar with the procedure. I hope Mattress Firm will address these issues with their installation team, as this experience has been very disappointing. I will be documenting the damages incurred and expect appropriate compensation. Update: 9/17/2025 We had the pleasure of working with Caroline to resolve the issues we faced with the delivery team, and her support was amazing. She efficiently coordinated the re-delivery services, which went exceptionally well thanks to a new delivery team. They completed the installation in under 15 minutes, skillfully navigating our home without any damage to our furniture or giving our bed frame any issues. Caroline also worked diligently with the claims department, ensuring that the original delivery team was held accountable for their mistakes and that we received appropriate compensation for the damages. We can now use the base, and it has been functioning wonderfully. We wholeheartedly recommend this location, as Caroline’s commitment to customer satisfaction made a significant difference in our experience. Her assistance turned a challenging situation into a pleasant experience!

The gentleman who helped us today, Doug, was absolutely amazing (03/28/26). He got us exactly the mattress we were looking for at a fair price. We were blown away by how personable and funny he is and he made it an all-around wonderful experience. We will remember Mattress Firm when we need another mattress.

I can honestly say this was the best experience I have ever had with any company I’ve ever worked with. I will recommend this store to everyone and will shop here again when I’m needing new furniture. The service was amazing and very professional. Communicate was perfect and the end result is my daughter getting her new bed!! Thank you for being so wonderful!!
