Cowboy Maloney's Home Store

I have been in Tupelo hospital with my husband for the past 5 days. My mom, who is watching the kids for us, called and reported that my washer won’t drain the water. It is an old washer and has been malfunctioning. My plan was to go washer shopping but my husband hospitalization was suddenly. I went to Home Depot and a customer there encouraged me to try Cowboy Maloney. I was able to view different washing machines at Cowboy Maloney in Tupelo. Salesperson Jordan in Tupelo was very helpful with information on the washer of my choice, the different financing processes, and the in-store and manufacture warranties. Jordan explained about delivery and set up. I told Jordan that I live in Columbus, MS and my situation. I inquired about the affiliation between the Tupelo store and the Columbus store. He offered to check the Columbus Cowboy Maloney’s inventory. Columbus did have the washer in stock and Jordan provided me with the model number. When I called the Cowboy Maloney in Columbus, Saleperson Hunter was very helpful. I explained to him my situation. He got me approve for financing of my choice over the phone. He reiterated everything Jordon explained about the product, warranties, delivery and setup. He even offered carry off of old washer. Hunter informed me what was needed of me for the purchase to happen. I did what I needed to do and I was able to purchase a washer and dryer from Columbus Cowboy Maloney while at the hospital with my husband. We setup delivery and now I can truly focus on my husband care and recovery. I thank God for Saleperson Jordon in Tupelo Cowboy Maloney and Saleperson Hunter in Columbus Cowboy Maloney. It was a true team effort and customer support.

Great customer service. Salesman (Mr. Ahmad) was knowledgeable about appliances and especially the warranty, he explained how the warranty with Lowes and the one they have, made the difference in me choosing the extended warranty. He was patient and kind. I will be purchasing from the store in the future

Great experience! With their help we found the perfect fridge to get in an old space. They went to extra effort to deliver as scheduled, install, and take away old one. Can’t say enough good things about them, especially the new young manager Hunter. He’s a real “take care of the customer guy! “

Everything about our purchase was absolutely excellent. Great price, excellent service from sales and delivery. Highly recommend Cowboy Maloney's for any appliance need. Will definitely be a return customer.
