Despite most of our pieces needing to be ordered and delivered, Tracy's exceptional customer service made the entire process seamless. Her patience and dedication to ensuring we found everything we needed was truly remarkable. I also have to give a shoutout to the efficient and professional delivery drivers – this location truly has a top-notch team!

Everyone was very nice, I do remember the lady named Barbara helped me first, showed me around and provided details, and she definitely knows what she is talking about. I saw custom couch set, that I love very much, but had to be built per order due to the pandemic, so I had to wait, a month or two, but it may be different now. Everyone stayed in touch until it was ready, and the delivery was awesome. There was a small scratch occurred, upon the couch, during the load into the home, because it had to go upstairs, BUT they detailed that! AND sent another gentleman to build it all over again, just to make sure I had 100% of what I did paid for. So, I hope everyone understand the review here, people do help and care, but you have to try to meet people halfway to seek the results you are looking for. I’m still satisfied with my couch set and so grateful for them for making it happen. I hope anyone here will share the same experience too! TY to all of Ashley’s family, my experience truly was great!
