The greatest mattress of all so far ! Perfect hardness and comfort. We got the 10 inch medium California king and we both love it. I am 6ft 3” 195 lb and my wife is 5ft 7” 157 lb. This is our very first latex mattress and we are absolutely content. We live in West Texas and for some reason had some difficulty with shipping (took a little longer) but it was worth it ! The mattress is very heavy so take this under consideration preparing the base frame for it but the comfort and support for the back and entire body is AMAZING ! We are NOT getting paid for everything we are writing here. We really want to share our own experience and hopefully help others to solve some sleeping problems. And yes we ordered the cotton cover and pillows with the mattress too . They are also AMAZING ! Thank you CozyPure ! I can only wish we made this purchase years ago…

We bought a medium firm California king, and my husband and I are sleeping better than we have in years. I'm a side sleeper with joint pain and he's a back sleeper, and it works well for us both. And we got the bundle with sheets and pillows- feels like a whole new experience. With the added price competitiveness, and the organic materials...its a no brainer. I rarely give reviews....I cannot recommend them enough.

We ordered the medium firm 10” king mattress with the “noodle” topper and it is incredible. We ordered it on Tuesday and it was delivered that Saturday, which was actually 3 days earlier than we had originally thought. Hans communicated really well with us through every step & we were grateful for the sooner delivery. It came packaged professionally & the lack of an odor was noticeable & so refreshing. It’s luxuriously comfortable & the fact that it’s organic & made locally makes it a very satisfying purchase. We almost chose the Tempur-Pedic at Costco but because my husband is a hot sleeper we decided to invest & go with CozyPure. We were also drawn to the durability & environmental story of CozyPure. We couldn’t be more pleased.

Completely dissatisfied with your mattresses. They sag and you don't stand behind a full replacement of your defective products. We sent in measurements of an inch of sag across the mid section of the mattress and you offered nothing to a loyal customer that owns 3 of your mattresses. I explained how the mattress was causing so much pain that I was considering seeing an orthopedic surgeon to look into surgery but then realized after going on vacation and sleeping at hotels that it was the CozyPure sagging mattress that was causing my pain because the pain was relieved from the vacation and back the moment I slept on this bed again. Even with pictures and video showing measurements of the sagging, you refuse to do anything about it. In response to the CozyPure response below, they did not offer me any exchange for a harder mattress nor did they offer to have anyone come out and check it further. They stated that it doesn't meet the requirements despite when the mattress is fully intact, it creates the 1" sagging that the warranty says meets their warranty but then they made me unzip it and take pictures of the individual layers and each layer alone did not meet that requirement even though cumulatively as a put together mattress it does meet the requirements. Who ever takes apart a mattress and makes you measure each singular layer for warranties. Yes, the mattress is 10 years old but CozyPure has a 30 year warranty. No discounts or exchanges were offered and to evaluate it further I have to ship this gigantic thing to them at my own cost and that still won't give any guarantee of them upholding their warranty so that would be money down the drain that I can put to another company's mattress because looking at their customer service and their refusal to uphold their warranty, I will never buy from them again. I do want an exchange for a firmer option as they stated above but key word is "exchange", which is swapping it out, and not just purchasing a new mattress from them.
