what's sad about this place is their sales ladies like Shawneequa are actually amazing and super kind. The Furniture is OK, but the customer service people are absolutely terrible like Kataras or Cataras or however her name is spelt. They will constantly harass you call every phone number they have on file or you and any other person connected to you even multiple times in a row! I even had this lady leave a message on my phone telling me it's urgent and she had to talk to me immediately which was odd when I only have less than $300 left as a balance. So i proceeded to redial the number back she called on and she answered now i give her the information to pull up my account and explain to her that I have already spoke to her manager previously and signed a NEW contract and I'm actually on a lower payment plan so the message she left me about being past due is incorrect. She replies by stating she is quote “just doing her job” but let’s take a moment if SHE IN FACT WAS DOING HER JOB wouldn’t she have looked at the notes on the account before she called ? Wouldn’t she have seen or been able to READ the document laid there before her on the account? I digress after she made that statement to me tho I informed her that I can't speak to her long because I'm at a very serious doctors appointment that is actually urgent an i need her to find the signed paperwork that i sent in weeks ago for my account an I will be in touch when i have more time Kataras or Cataras however, her name is spelled then proceeded to tell me that I'm rude ! Rude ?! I was floored I could not believe her asinine statement I immediately hung up the phone. completely disgusted by their unprofessional behavior and attitude. TO COMPARE A CUSTOMERS HEALTH AS LESS URGENT OR IMPORTANT THAN A FURNITURE PAYMENT IS INSANE. get outta here. If negative stars could be given trust me they'd be here. I cannot believe she works at the same place as the amazing shawneequa who sold me my sectional is crazy.
