Great experience from start to finish. Bill was great, let is wander and basically try every recliner until the right one was found. No pressure at all. He took our payment and set up delivery. The delivery driver's were incredible. They had no problem putting it upstairs where we wanted it. They plugged it in to test everything and were even a half hour early. We appreciated everything and tipped em. They were professional and gracious. We'll definitely be back to shop there again. Jeff and Pam Carmer

I went to the store tonight in search of a couch after placing an order elsewhere and getting the run around about when the order would be delivered and abruptly canceling my order last night. Jim was extremely helpful and knowledgable on the products. He took the time to answer all of questions, look up prices and was not pushy in the slightest. He understood I wanted a couch, chair and ottoman soon and they were able to find me a couch tonight. The associates loaded the couch and I ordered the chair and ottoman for next week. Jim let me know he will be in touch next week to keep me updated on tracking the order. I can not thank them enough for helping me and being so understanding. I had a horrible morning and with their help, at least tonight I can feel accomplished and am laying on my beautiful couch! I would HIGHLY recommend CR Furnishings to anyone looking for new furniture. Their prices are also very reasonable.

My husband and I just bought a couch and a wall art piece from here. We had such a positive experience with the staff. They were friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. They showed us different inventory they had and answered questions as needed. When we decided on what we wanted, it was such an easy and quick ordering process. We were able to see the different colors the couch came in on the computer. The items arrived quicker than expected and were in great condition. The couch is so comfortable and fits perfectly in our living room, while the wall art piece is beautiful and a great addition to our home. We got a deal on the wall art, so we appreciated that as well. They have various different home decor items for anyone’s style and budget. I would highly recommend and we would purchase more from here for our home in the future!

Jim is a great person to work with honestly, there was a small misunderstanding between the company that he was not notified about and he fixed the issue the same day to get everything squared away. Thank you Jim for your work and dedication! I've been recommending you to co-workers and friends before I had even bought a mattress or furniture from you.

I’ve ordered from here in 2020 and still have my set I ordered…I wanted a king but it’s discontinued. I ordered two sectionals from here they are very patient. And call when your items arrive. Thanks Jimmy
