someone called us canceled my sons appointment and told us our insurance was not in network told us they were not part of Unity point ,stating they are a private sleep center! I messaged our ENT told them what happened. The nurse at our ENT office said she looked into everything before scheduling and YES we are in network! the sleep center will not schedule us now because they said we cancelled the appointment! Again THEY called us told us our insurance company will not cover this not us!!! A lot of games and screwing around between adults!!! and who suffers? the 16 year old kid who was told he maybe gets 30 min of sleep a night due to his apnea and has yet to receive any kind of treatment!!!! This is pushing my sons appointment even further back when it was already MONTHS before he could get in anywhere! THIS IS THE STATE OF MODERN HEALTHCARE!!!!

Because of these people i can sleep at night. I have really bad sleep apnea and have been treated by eastern iowa sleep center for years. Have had mulitple sleep studies and contiuning care..... so thank you....

My 4 year old had a sleep study here and it was a great experience overall! Our sleep tech was awesome. He was kind, funny, extremely patient and explained everything very well. Could not have asked for a better experience!

Had an at home sleep study done which showed the study was not consistent with OSA. So they go on to say because of my results, it can not be guaranteed to be for the patient named above. I am totally insulted! Who do they think took the test. Would never recommend this company to do a sleep study. One star only because the front desk people were very kind and helpful.

Let me tell you, I’ve never been treated so well, plus my young daughter. Kimberlin was great! She didn’t know how much her calmness made me more at ease. She was great with my toddler! More than great, she treated her with respect and was patient with her. She treated her like her own. Thank you so much for making our experience a good one there. She gets this 5 star review.
