I had an excellent experience at Craig’s Beds. Let’s be honest — no one really looks forward to going mattress shopping. It can be time-consuming, and especially difficult to know whether you’re actually getting a fair price. Craig’s Beds made the entire experience incredibly easy, fast, and stress-free. The team was genuinely helpful without making the process feel pressured or overwhelming. I left feeling confident that I got the right mattress and a great price. My husband and I found Craig on the web and wandered into his store in an office building on west 38th street one rainy friday afternoon. Craig spent a lot of time with us and gave us the opportunity to try out different beds. We found a bed we liked and told him that we were going to go comparison shopping before making a decision. He advised us to go to Macy's which has the best selection. He never pressured us to buy. We did go to Macy's plus one other store but ultimately decided that Craig had the best bed for the best price. We appreciated the time he took and the no-pressure approach. We now have our new bed and are totally thrilled with it. I highly recommend Craig as he knows his stuff and gives you the time and space to comfortably come to a decision.

He has been in business for 14 years. He doesn’t solicit reviews. This is the third mattress I bought for him. Only issue you might have is Craig is a talker but he is a good guy!

My husband and I came to Craig's after a long day of searching for a mattress. Craig was absolutely fantastic! incredibly patient, and helpful. We spent a good amount of time trying out different mattresses to find the perfect fit, and Craig was super nice and helped us choose the right one for us. The store has great variety of different mattresses. We got our California King size mattress about a month ago and we could be happier. Highly recommend!

Excellent service from Craig - we keep coming back! Delivery took 2 weeks, but the mattress was well worth the wait! It's extra firm, comfortable, and well-made. Craig gave us a good price for that specific line and model. The delivery team was fantastic, they helped move the old mattress to another area, free of charge. I can't recommend Craig's Beds enough!
