Janice is personable, friendly and patient, and she made me feel right at home. The Bassett Grand deep sofa with premier seat and back pillows is so comfortable. Paired with a beautiful ottoman, these pieces transformed my living room.

Dave was helpful, attentive to what I was looking for and made the whole process of purchasing a new couch simple and stress-free. I love my new Rowe couch and especially that I did not have to wait months to have it delivered. Dave worked with me to find a piece that was available and ready to ship next day, all the while working with my taste and budget! I highly recommend Crest furniture!
View on GoogleMy girlfriend and I went into the store to purchase a new dining room table set. The sales associate Bill did a great job of working with us to order exactly the table we wanted. We ordered a table with chairs and a beautiful TV stand. Just got them delivered last week. Great prompt, professional deliver men. I would highly recommend Crest!
View on GoogleMy sectional sofa took longer for delivery than quoted and when it finally came it was facing the wrong direction. Nobody in the store answers the phone or returns messages. My first call went to my sales person Bill Higgins who was extremely rude. Said it wasn’t his fault and I’d have to call customer service. Elaine in customer service doesn’t return phone calls very well either. They did order a new sofa for me however it took over 17 weeks from my original order to finally get the right sofa. When I asked about compensation for my inconvenience I was offered $50.00. I’ve spent some time working for reputable retail operations and I’m thinking $50 doesn’t cut it. Don’t shop here. It’s not worth the hassle
