Mattress Firm Mount Prospect South

Eric was amazing to work with, he was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. He went over the many different options/ densities, and price points. We found the perfect fit of adjustable frame and mattress for my fiancé and myself with his exceptional expertise. He found us the perfect deal that works with our budget as well! Thanks again Eric, my mother in law will be getting herself a new mattress as well. I highly recommend this location. Ask for Eric!

My experience at Mattress Firm was better than I could have imagined. My salesperson, Manny, was very kind, courteous, professional and very detailed in helping me choose the perfect mattress for my sleeping habits. Manny also helped provide a great value for the high quality product that I chose. Going forward I will recommend this store and particular salesperson for any bedding needs. Thank you so much Manny!

We went to a tempurpedic looking for a pillow and the salesman was really creepy and staring at us the whole time… we were expecting the same thing here but they were actually really nice and normal. Real people not churned out from the ai chat bot wage slave factory. The guy that helped us gave us a massive discount AND showed us a bed just because it was really bouncy and he thought we’d like it. That was after we bought our pillow and he wasn’t trying to make a sale anymore ! Thanks mattressfirm :)

Eric was great. Made great suggestions on what type of mattress to look for. Was not pushy or trying to upsell. Can’t wait to get my new bed delivered next week.

Sales people were helpful and know what they are talking about. We thought we knew what we wanted based on a prior purchase and the sales person was very helpful making sure we got what we wanted in order to meet our expectations.
