⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Me and my wife recently visited the CURACAO in Northridge, CA, and overall we had a great experience. Right from the start, we were greeted with excellent customer service from Alejandro Francile—he was professional, attentive, and really took care of us. We did run into some frustration with the credit department (Virginia), which almost made us walk away. In fact, we had already left the store. But we decided to come back and spoke with Emerson Santos, one of the managers, and he immediately stepped in, cleared up the confusion, and made sure everything was handled the right way. Because of that, we were able to return to Alejandro, who continued giving us top-notch service, and we went ahead with our purchase. If you’re shopping at CURACAO in Northridge, I highly recommend asking for Alejandro and Emerson—they truly understand customer service and will make sure you’re taken care of. Thank you Alejandro we really appreciate you taking care of us!!!!!

My first time being at Curacao as a young adult everyone was such a big help. I would as like to personal thank Jorge, and Josh for helping me out with my first credit line. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to start their credit line here.

Haidy was very helpful and so nice. I was there for some some Xbox remotes and gift cards and she was nice the entire time . You definitely need more workers with her energy . Thanks Haidy , awesome attitude and work ethic .
