Everyone at the showroom and in the delivery service is helpful and accommodating. I've purchased several pieces that are stylish and of good quality for a budget-conscious college student or young professional. The same high level of customer service is part of their online catalog business as well.

Every time I decided to go with a new piece he was helpful and gave me really good suggestions. Whenever I need anything I will always go to Willie first. Mosses was the delivery guy and the professionalism never ended. He patiently assembled all of my furniture and made sure I was completely Happy Before He left. We have a specific dimension and style of sofa that will fit our space, so we knew our chances of finding it were slim. BUT I cannot speak highly enough of the service here! As soon as we started approaching the outside tent, an older gentleman greeted us kindly, asked us what we were looking for, and called out for a sale rep to come help us. The sales rep was patient and kind, offered us several different options. I felt bad because we were so particular about what we were looking for, but she didn't make us feel like that at all. Next time I'm looking for furniture, I will definitely check this place out to support local business!

I was happy to have found this place because they had a good selection, great customer service and prices were quite reasonable, but the best part was that they were able to deliver my entire order, which included a bed + mattress, dresser, couch set, coffee table, dinette set and a lamp, within three days. They sent 2 guys to deliver and put together everything, and even helped me position each piece the way i liked, at no extra cost. I was really pleased with the quality of my furniture, and everything was as advertised. I've sent 2 coworkers there already.
