We recently purchased a new, 3 piece sectional couch and it was delivered on 12/3/25. When delivery completed setup, I noticed a tear at the seam on the top, front side of the 1 piece. We all took pictures and they said service would be in touch with replacement options. When I didn’t hear anything back, I called on 12/16/25 to get an update and was told that they ordered a new back panel of the couch to address the issue. This meant that they would have to cut open the fabric on the back, remove the back panel, replace with new panel, then sew everything back together… in our home. This is unacceptable!! We bought a NEW couch, not a used, pieces together, non-factory assembled couch. All we requested was getting that specific, 1 piece replaced with a new piece from the factory. They refused! We have bought several pieces of furniture from here and this is the first time we’ve had to engage the service department. This has been a poor experience and clearly they don’t care about making things right and creating a good customer experience!

Custom Home Furniture Galleries is the best! Over the past 12 years we have shopped there 4-5 times, purchasing both indoor and outdoor furniture. They showcase high quality furniture usually at 50-55% savings. The store is huge thus offering a wide selection of furniture. The staff is top notch, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the various lines of furniture displayed on the showroom floor. Ask for Rodney! You will be glad that you stopped by! .

We went to Custom Home Furniture Galleries twice looking for new dining room chairs. Katherine Tompkins, Sales Associate, helped us both times. She helped us decide what would look best with an old antique oak table that we had. She gave us a website to go home and look at. It also really helps to look at them in person and sit in them. She was most patient with us, so helpful, and so pleasant. Custom Home Furniture Galleries has beautiful furniture and a most helpful staff. I can’t wait until our new dining chairs arrive.

I love the set we got staff was very professional and helpful . Staff let me shop and figure out what I wanted but still checked in if I needed any help. Normally shop around for furniture because I'm very particular but this place has all kinds of styles. Prices are a little high but you pay for good quality stuff so I was fine with that.i got a gorgeous cabinet and gentleman's wardrobe.

Jane Excell was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I bought a floor model dining set and she was eager to help me understand how the table functioned and advocated for me on price, when it came to small imperfections. I would work with her again on future purchases.
