Christopher was amazing. Not exactly sure what I wanted or needed, he showed me various options and was very knowledgeable about each product. So kudos to him and Mattress Firm for having such a variety to choose from. Pricing was competitive and delivery was accommodating. I highly recommend this specific location if you're looking for a bed, mattress or anything associated with a comfortable experience (and sleep).

Josh and Jay truly made for an exceptional experience at Mattress Firm on Oleander Drive. My first interaction was with Jay when I called simply to ask about different mattress options. He was immediately welcoming, took his time answering my questions, and clearly explained the wide variety and strong selection the store offers. When my wife and I arrived in person, Josh assisted us, and the experience could not have been better. We came in with a clear sense of what we wanted—and what we didn’t—and Josh took the time to walk us through multiple mattresses, explaining the differences in features, brands, and price points. He encouraged us to lay on every bed we were considering, answered every question thoroughly, and made thoughtful recommendations based on our feedback. What really stood out was the completely zero-pressure sales approach. Josh was just as enthusiastic about showing us clearance mattresses in the back as he was the higher-end luxury models. We were treated the same regardless of price point, which made the process comfortable and even enjoyable. With his expert knowledge, my wife and I tested four beds and ultimately purchased one that we’re confident we’ll be very happy with. This is a fantastic sales team—welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely customer-focused. They’ve earned a customer for life. I’ll absolutely be returning in the future for any mattress or bedding needs. They also have a great selection of pillows, especially the Purple pillow, which is hands-down the most comfortable pillow I’ve ever tried.

I was helped by Skylar today, I walked in dead set on a cheap full & he showed me to a few to try out to make my decision of plush or medium. Great salesman he has all the product points down and knows what he’s talking about. You’ll spend more than you want to but a bed you’re going to be in hopefully as much as possible for 5-10 years is not worth cheaping out on 10/10 experience especially as this is my first “adult” bed
