We had a great experience at D. Noblin yesterday and today. After a full day or furniture shopping at other stores, we came into D. Noblin. Jeff welcomed us and provided lots of detail about prices, fabric options, dimensions, etc. He never hovered, but was there to help answer any questions we had (I tend to ask alot!). We took home couple of fabric samples to see how they worked in our space, and when we returned them this morning, decided to go ahead and purchase our sofa and loveseat. We are really pleased with the customer service, attention to detail, and are looking forward to receiving our furniture in a few weeks. They offer a great protection plan too for 5 years that if unused, goes to our account as store credit. Thanks Jeff and D. Noblin team!

I had a great experience working with Tom at D. Noblin Furniture. He was extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with, and went out of his way to help me find furniture that fit some challenging spaces in my home. I sent him a floor plan, and he came back with thoughtful recommendations that worked perfectly. He was always responsive, negotiated pricing fairly, and made the entire process — including exchanges, returns, and payments — simple and stress-free. Highly recommend working with Tom if you’re shopping for furniture.

Betty Ainsworth did an excellent job. She greeted. us at the door, allowed us to browse around and checked on us to see if we had any questions, which we did. She was knowledgeable of products and inventory availability. She made a great suggestion to my wife as she was leaning towards a cloth recliner. She showed her an electric leather style and the advantages over traditional style. We bought the leather she suggested! I bought an electric leather as well with battery pack which I needed! She did not pressure us in any way, which is important to us. She was very professional and personal! Very positive experience! Steve Stone

I was in D Noblin this past Saturday and Betty Ainsworth helped me pick out a new chair for my bedroom. She was very helpful, intuitive and spent a good bit of time helping me. I appreciated her kindness and knowledge of the recliners that I looked at.
