Lapranda Howard gave me a warm and professional greeting as soon as I entered the store. She gave me time to look and was very patient during my decision-making regarding purchase. Overall, she provided excellent customer service. I was very satisfied with the complete shopping experience.

Soon as my Wife and I entered the Miskelly room store establishment We both was greeted by Emily Howard, a great and professional store room representative who was very polite with a huge smile on her face. She showed us a couple of living room furniture that my Wife and I was interested in buying; also We experienced great comfort in testing out a few living room furniture that was awesome on the showroom floor. Afterwards, we asked about the clearance sales on living furniture they had upstairs so we all walked upstairs to their mark downs prices and for the first-time we experiencing this living room furniture my Wife and I fell in love with, not only with the the furniture, but the price too. In conclusion, we ended up getting this beautiful soft and very comfortable 3 piece living room ( brown soft leather)furniture and history was indeed made. Thank you Emily Howard for your Services and support my Wife and I really appreciate it!😊

Wonderful experience and my sales person Daryl is super great, I had a hard time choosing what I really wanted because of all the beautiful furniture but Daryl was very patient and courteous while I browsed the store until I found the perfect furniture that I wanted. Miskelly was and always will be my choice for furniture.

Stopped by and spoke to Allison she discussed the features and values of different living room sets. A few weeks later when we were ready, we definitely went back and ordered through her. she was attentive and helpful through the whole process.

My husband and I went out to look for a new recliner for him. We have purchased furniture from Miskelly before. We really liked there customer service. So we went back to them. Darryl was right there to welcome us. He made my husband and I feel right home and helped my husband with a wheelchair. Then helped us find the right recliner for him. His customer was outstanding!
