Mattress Direct - Jackson

My wife and I are very indecisive, but Dani is an amazing person and was incredibly patient, hospitable, and a joy to talk to, unlike others who try to push the most expensive luxury mattresses on us. Dani helped us determine exactly what we were looking for (in mattress language) and showed us every tier on the floor that met our criteria to find our true match. She didn't rush us at all; she gave us print-out quotes to take home, and her pricing with Mattress Direct's additional 10-year warranty easily beat every other store we visited. She helped us narrow down a sea of options to our top 2 during our visit (Tempur-Pedic vs. Helix Midnight-Elite), gave us 2 days to think it over with some research, and earned our business completely when we returned. I even added another mattress for my daughter, too. Even with so many online deals out there today, Dani will save you time and money if you stop by! You will not be disappointed. Seriously, you won't.

Absolutely amazing. This wonderful woman of Christ and daughter of the most high Adonai, helped me beyond words, my family desperately needed a mew mattress and sheets and pillows being as we lost all of our stuff due to reasons not mentioned, Danni was pointed me in the right direction and made the 35 minutes I was there feel like only a moment. My wife couldn’t be more happy with the help and selection and purchase of our new Mattress and sheets and pillows and bed cover. This is the first new bed either of us has ever had and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much Danney you are truly a blessing in these times of need!

If you’ve never visited this store and worked with Dani, you are missing out. This wasn’t a shopping trip but an experience. I was educated on all types of mattresses and tested to find out which was best for me! Our salesperson Dani worked with us for hours making sure we were completely satisfied. I’d recommend mattress direct and Dani above any other stores. She was high energy and low pressure. Do yourself a favor and take the time to visit mattress direct!
