Very unhappy with the product and service we received. My husband and I ordered a mattress from them, and it was delivered while our entire apartment flooring was being replaced due to a water leak which took over 5 weeks to complete. During that time, the mattress box was placed in our bedroom and left completely untouched. We finally were able to move back in last week. When I opened the box and started to unroll the many layers of plastic around the condensed mattress I discovered multiple dead bugs. As I continued to unroll, I continued to find more and more dead bugs of various sizes including underneath all the plastic on the actual mattress. I called the company and I was told since it was outside 30 days they weren’t sure what they could do, but to send pictures. The gentleman I spoke to in no way sounded surprised or concerned and offered no apologies when I told him there were bugs on the mattress under the plastic. So I sent them pictures and waited for an update. I called the next day with no answer the first time, and then when I called again to receive an update I was informed that customer service would email me soon because he didn’t know what was going on with it because not his department. He never even offered to let me actually speak to someone in customer service. I emailed them back that night (still waiting for a response to first email) to inform them I was taking the mattress outside due to the unknown bugs found on it and the ones I was afraid might be inside. The next day I finally got an email from them. The response I received was they’ve never had this happen before so we were offered a free mattress protector or to pay to ship the mattress back to them like a return. They were aware at this point that the mattress had already been taken outside because I had told them, and returning it would cost us hundreds of dollars to ship along with the fact it was no longer condensed in the plastic. I emailed my response that we would be doing neither due to the mattress already being outside and expressing my frustration to which I received no reply. I will never buy from this website again. They stated they’ve never had this happen before and can’t be sure how the bugs got there, but as I already stated they were in and under the multiple layers of plastic. They didn’t offer a “solution” until after I had already told them I had removed it. I understand it was outside the 30 days due to uncontrolled circumstances, but had they responded in a more timely fashion to my communication or actually spoke to me on the phone rather than writing me off I may have been able to send it back. It felt as if they waited for me to get rid of it before actually trying to help. Horrible experience. If you decide to order from them, I hope you have a better outcome than we did.

The tables arrived damaged. The worst part was that they strung me along for almost a year. I sent pictures, followed up with several emails, and phone calls. They even asked me to send videos of the tables wobbling (which I did). They kept promising that the manufacturer reviewed the proof I sent and agreed to a replacement. They promised they were working on the issue and promised to stay on top of this. Eventually, they stopped responding altogether. I gave up. Attached are a couple of pics to give perspective.

OVER TWO YEARS OF HELL. I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS. I BOUGHT AN IDEALBED ADJUSTABLE BASE (MODEL i5) FROM DEALBEDS (SOLD ONLINE THROUGH AMAZON). THE FRAME CRACKED ONLY AFTER 3 MONTHS. ONE OF THE JOISTS ON THE LEG-RAISE SECTION SNAPPED LEAVING ME STUCK SLEEPING WITH MY LEGS HIGHER THAN MY BODY, PROPPED UP BY PILLOWS. I DECIDED TO PAY TO UPGRADE TO THE (IDEALBED 7I CUSTOM) TO AVOID A REPEAT. IT CRACKED TOO. THEN A THIRD BASE FAILED THE SAME WAY. THREE BROKEN FRAMES ACROSS TWO MODELS. THAT’S NOT BAD LUCK, THAT’S A PATTERN. THE SERVICE WAS SOMEHOW WORSE. THEY KEPT ASKING FOR PHOTOS, THEN SAID THEY DIDN’T RECEIVE THEM, THEN ASKED AGAIN. PROMISED CALL-BACKS NEVER HAPPENED; EVERY UPDATE ONLY CAME BECAUSE I CHASED THEM. I HAD TO DRAG A VERY HEAVY BASE, RE-BOX IT, AND SHIP IT BACK AT MY EXPENSE OF $250 PER RETURN, MORE THAN ONCE. WHEN I ASKED TO SWITCH TO A DIFFERENT BRAND AFTER REPEATED FAILURES, THEY WOULDN’T HELP WITHOUT MORE CHARGES. NO OWNERSHIP. NO REAL APOLOGY. NO SOLUTION THAT LASTED. AFTER RECEIVING THE THIRD BASE, IT ARRIVED MISWIRED. THE “HEAD” BUTTON ON THE REMOTE MOVED THE LUMBAR, AND THE “LUMBAR” BUTTON MOVED THE HEAD. THEN THE LEG-LIFT MOTOR FAILED AND LOCKED IN THE UP POSITION. I HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER SIX MONTHS FOR A REPLACEMENT MOTOR. UNREAL, BUT IT HAPPENED. IF YOU READ OTHER PUBLIC REVIEWS, YOU’LL SEE THE SAME THEMES: FRAMES/LEGS BREAKING, LONG WAITS, AND POOR COMMUNICATION. MY EXPERIENCE MATCHES THAT. BOTTOM LINE: DEFECTIVE BED FRAMES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT MAKES A BAD SITUATION WORSE. PROTECT YOUR MONEY AND YOUR BACK. BUY ELSEWHERE !!!!!

Won’t come back to this place. I got here at 09:15. (App at 10:00) at 15:30 still waiting to get unloaded. Missed my pickup to NC, my entire day is gone and my week pay reduced.

Frank and mo did an excellent job. They came took apart my old bed set up the new one and put everything back together. They are a good company and I would use them again. I know there have been bad ratings I’ve seen by i by far had great service
