Mattress For Less

Good variety even though the mattress wasn’t available to take at the moments ,also very pushy the sale person was but he was nice. after buying the mattress they make me wait 2 weeks when the warehouse was like a hour away from the place. After waiting like 2 weeks I called and nobody knows anything I asked n they will tell me they call back and they never do, out of nowhere I got someone telling me it’s been delivered when I didn’t ask or even pay for delivery , well they said from 1pm to 2 , I end up getting in it at 9pm ! When I called little before that to the mattress store ,the guy got the audacity to tell me on the phone to leave a tip when I been waiting for the mattress 2 weeks, then delivered at 9pm when I didn’t ask for delivery, plus the delivery guy tells me he went to my apartment yesterday and I wasn’t there mind you I live in a house , he was in a wrong place.This matters store needs a better management system, they are all over the place 🙃 less to say false advertisement on the windows of the store.

I am out town visiting relative in Orlando. Cannot stand an air mattress in a spare room, so I went out to get a mattress. Got a good twin mattress for good price. Store owner sweetens the deal with a free delivery the same night. Got back good night sleep now. Thanks.

These guys are biggest SCAMMERS!!! Stay away from them and please goto a reliable mattress store. Bought a Beautyrest Black firm mattress and paid $2,700. I was unsure if I wanted a firm or extra firm. These guys assured me that I could exchange it for $100 delivery fee and they won’t charge anything on top of that. I’ve only used the mattress for 5 weeks and I went to the store to exchange it for a different mattress and they told me that prices went up by 20-25% and I’d have to pay a restocking fee + the delivery fee on top of that. Spoke with the managers (Gabby and Roger) and both of them were super rude and told me they won’t allow me to exchange the mattress at the end. These guys would tell you anything so you buy the mattress but please don’t believe a word they say. Get everything in writing if you decide to purchase a mattress from them. Pure FRAUD!!!

I came in needing a good mattress and Gaby help me found the perfect deal for my pocket…he took a long time w me making sure I was happy w the deals he was offering me..he answered all my questions and concerns…even after I got delivered my items..he called me asking if everything was good which it really was..I will highly recommend this store!
