DeepSleep MN is the best mattress store if you are looking for a wide variety of online bed brands (up to 15), great customer service with friendly and knowledgeable staff that don’t pressure you, and of course a clean store (they give you a pillow protector to carry from bed to bed, thank you Jessica). I have to add, they have calming music playing which creates the perfect shopping atmosphere when you’re buying a bed…brilliant - never experienced that before.
My Mom and I were both looking for new mattresses and Jessica was incredibly helpful! She gave us great starting points and encouraged us to lay on the mattress for a bit to find out if it works for any pressure points we had. This was great advice, I hadn’t even considered this. We came back the next day to purchase one of the mattresses and worked with Nancy. I was glad to hear they offer white glove delivery and haul away old mattresses/box springs and for a reasonable price!

Cannot say enough good things about DeepSleep, Jessica, and Amy. If you want to check out almost every seemingly mail-order mattress out there head to Deep Sleep in Edina. They take their time to understand your needs; what you like and what you don’t like. They want to understand how you sleep before they make a suggestion for you.
If you want low pressure sales, go to Deep Sleep. If you want high pressure sales go to a more traditional place.

In the end, we went a different direction with our mattress purchase. If you are buying one of the online bed in box options you owe it to yourself to make a stop by this place. They are super pleasant people and you get to try out a bunch of different brands to see what works for you.
Professional, clean, and informative!
(I will mention that there is another online mattress showroom in uptown that is horrible. Worse than horrible, actually. Don't get turned off from the idea of an online mattress showroom there and skip DeepSleep as the DeepSleep experience was terrific.)

When moving last week, my Sleep No bed, which had been in storage and I had delivered, was somehow missing the remote and I found out that it was going to take a week or two to replace, meaning I could not reinflate the bed and would have nowhere to sleep. That bed was the bed that was going to live in my guest bedroom until I spent time looking for a new bed for myself, but given this development, I was going to need to find a new mattress quickly, same day, so I would not have to sleep on the floor or get a hotel or sleep on an air mattress (which I’m not fond of, they always deflate under my weight and I wake up drooling on the floor). I called a bunch of mattress stores to see what options were available for same day mattress delivery, and surprise, surprise, I struck out on the first four calls. Nobody could accommodate delivery same day. I was about to freak out and cry when I decided to give one more store a shot. And you guessed it, that store was Deep Sleep MN and Amy answered. She was helpful and warm from the get go. She immediately started trying to help me come up with solutions. She went above and beyond. She identified a handful of mattresses that were either floor models or that they had in stock that they could sell me and assured me that she could coordinate a same day delivery. This was enough for me to come in within the hour, and when I got there, Amy took me around and showed me what was available. I’m a big guy and need a big heavy duty mattress that can support me. They happened to have a Helix model that is for “heavy sleepers” like me. I liked it immediately, but was still trying to decide between some of the others just to be sure. Amy did not try to get me to buy the more expensive ones, she encouraged me to get what felt right. I truly appreciated the no pressure experience. In the end, I went with the Helix, which was to me the most comfortable option and happened to be the least expensive out of the bunch. To avoid being uncouth, I won’t say how much they let me take it off their floor for, but it was basically a steal. It was in perfect condition and simply for being a floor model that a handful of people had sat or laid on it over several months, they gave me an outstanding deal. On top of all that, Amy seamlessly arranged for their delivery person to have it to my place in a couple hours. Delivery was only $50 and included him bringing in the new mattress and setting it up. Deep Sleep MN is a very well run business with excellent customer service. It’s hard to find this kind of quality anymore. Amy and her team are outstanding. If you are looking for a mattress or other bed related products, I highly recommend paying them a visit.
Oh, and by the way, the Helix is super comfortable. I made the right choice! Thank you, Amy and team!

Great place to pick out a mattress, easy shipping, and staff are great. Definitely recommend over just ordering online. Nancy was especially wonderful.
