My wife and I were very happy with the service and selection. Our associate Lion was very knowledgeable and worked to understand everything we needed. Really…. Can’t say enough about how pleased we were with the experience!
View on GoogleWe had a wonderful experience at the Edina store today when we purchased our Temper Pedic bed. It had the best selection of beds and accessories. We had done some research about the beds but were not quite sure which bed would best fit our needs. That’s where Aladdin’s knowledge and evaluation process was invaluable in helping us make our decision. We never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase. We left the store feeling we’d picked the appropriate bed for us and can’t wait for it to be delivered. Highly recommend this store. You won’t be disappointed in the great customer service you receive.
View on GoogleMohamed was a really nice guy who helped us to get out of our current bed that we are not happy with. Going back to Tempur-Pedic. Great conversation and really personable and friendly. Great experience!!!
View on GoogleWe were so happy with our experience at the Tempurpedic store in Edina. The store manager, Aladdin, provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. He asked us what we were looking for in a bed and really listened and tailored the in-store experience to our specific needs. Aladdin gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision but never pressured us! Despite having looked at other retailers, we felt so much safer purchasing our new Tempurpedic bed directly through Tempurpedic. Aladdin followed up with us through the delivery process. We were extremely impressed with his professionalism and authentic concern that we have the perfect bed. I can't say enough positive words about our experience at the Tempurpedic store with Aladdin.
View on GoogleEdina location has wonderful customer service! We stopped in with TWO kiddos and a LOT of questions and requests to try out pillows. Mohammed and Aladdin were very knowledgeable about their products and helped us from beginning to end. Never once did we feel rushed. We appreciated the shopping experience.
