Denver Mattress

We had the privilege of having Jacob as our sales associate for finding a mattress here. And I would give him 5 stars if I could. He was incredibly helpful but not overbearing at all. Very respectful and helpful. Would recommend for others. Thank you Jacob!

I cannot recommend the team at the Appleton Denver Mattress enough. I went into the store fully expecting to just purchase a brand-new mattress to replace our 7-year-old Doctor’s Choice Elite. A warranty claim wasn't even on my radar until I started speaking with Jake Hirst. Instead of just taking the easy sale, Jake took the time to listen to the issues we were having. He was the one who suggested that we measure the bed to see if we were eligible for a warranty replacement. I was incredibly impressed that he looked out for my best interests rather than just trying to close a transaction. Throughout the entire process, both Jake Hirst and Estella De La Cruz were the definition of professional. Estella was fantastic in helping coordinate the details, and the communication from both of them made a potentially stressful situation feel seamless. It is rare to find this level of integrity and genuine customer care these days. If you are looking for a new bed, go see Jake and Estella - they aren’t just trying to sell you something; they are truly there to help.

We had an excellent experience at Denver Mattress in Appleton, Wisconsin. Estella De La Cruz was our salesperson and she was outstanding. She was very knowledgeable about all of the products and she answered all of our questions. She was not a high pressure salesperson, but instead had a nice, calm, trustworthy way about her. She helped us come to a decision about our mattress package in a timely and efficient manner. We are excited about our purchase! The store had a very nice vibe-- spacious, with lots of natural light. It was good place to spend time trying different mattresses out. All in all, we had a very positive experience and will recommend Denver Mattress and Estella to our family and friends. Thank you!

Jake was too friendly and far too helpful. I got a pillow and it’s perfect. I will probably probably never buy another pillow as I only needed the one, and I disliked the service.

We went to Denver Mattress looking to replace our old mattress. Estella greeted us when we entered the store. She was very helpful and easy to talk with. After finding out what we were looking for she showed us a few mattresses to try out. Once we chose a mattress she spent ample time working on extras and getting our finances taken care of. She was very helpful and easy to talk with making sure our wants were met.
