Andrew helped me with the final sale and he was very polite and professional. I also had help from Charles about a month prior and he ultimately made me want to come back and make a purchase. These gentleman both seem very knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell me the highest end mattress but instead gave me the information i needed to make an informed decision!

This was hands down one of the best buying experiences I’ve ever had. Charles at Denver Mattress was awesome — kind, honest, patient, and got me an amazing deal without making me feel pressured at all.
Sasha, the store manager, was incredibly knowledgeable about mattresses, firmness, materials, and what actually makes a mattress right for you. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process feel easy.
Charles and Sasha are the kind of people who make you want to come back and send everyone you know their way. Amazing service, amazing deal, and an amazing experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress from Denver Mattress and it has developed a noticeable sag that exceeds the 0.75 inch warranty threshold.
I submitted a warranty claim, but it was denied based on “stains” seen in photos, even though the mattress was always used with a protector and no inspection was ever done in person.
The issue here is not cosmetic. The mattress has a clear structural sag that affects sleep quality every night.
I am still making payments on a product that is defective and not being properly addressed.
I expected better support from both the retailer and the manufacturer, especially at this price point. I am hoping Denver Mattress will step in and help resolve this fairly.
If this is not resolved, I will continue escalating this issue through additional channels.
