Andrew helped me with the final sale and he was very polite and professional. I also had help from Charles about a month prior and he ultimately made me want to come back and make a purchase. These gentleman both seem very knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell me the highest end mattress but instead gave me the information i needed to make an informed decision!

I purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress from Denver Mattress and it has developed a noticeable sag that exceeds the 0.75 inch warranty threshold. I submitted a warranty claim, but it was denied based on “stains” seen in photos, even though the mattress was always used with a protector and no inspection was ever done in person. The issue here is not cosmetic. The mattress has a clear structural sag that affects sleep quality every night. I am still making payments on a product that is defective and not being properly addressed. I expected better support from both the retailer and the manufacturer, especially at this price point. I am hoping Denver Mattress will step in and help resolve this fairly. If this is not resolved, I will continue escalating this issue through additional channels.
