⭐️ 1 Star (and that’s generous) Rooms To Go has been, without exaggeration, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. We ordered a brand-new couch and a dining room set. During delivery, the delivery crew literally threw our couch off a moving truck, damaging it. I wish that were an exaggeration — it’s not. I have photos and videos and will be uploading them. The dining room set somehow managed to be just as bad. It was installed incorrectly, to the point that it had to be returned entirely. After all of this, we requested a refund. Instead of taking responsibility for their own damage and incompetence, Rooms To Go informed us that we would only receive a partial refund because the item was discounted. Let that sink in: they destroy your furniture, and then keep part of your money anyway. It has now been THREE MONTHS, and we still do not have our refund. To make matters worse, management promised us that the delivery team handling the dining room table would not be the same people who threw our couch off the truck. That promise was a lie. It was the exact same crew. The management team at this location was beyond useless — lazy, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. No one took ownership of the problem. Instead, they passed the blame, ignored follow-ups, and acted like this mess wasn’t their responsibility. This isn’t a one-off mistake. This is systemic incompetence, from delivery to management to customer service. If this is the standard Rooms To Go operates under, it’s no wonder they have such a terrible reputation. Honestly, this entire store needs to be cleaned out and restaffed from the ground up. Save yourself months of stress, damaged furniture, and stolen money — shop literally anywhere else.

View on GoogleMy wife I went to Rooms to Go in Harker Heights to look for a crib set for our daughter. We decided on the Disney Starry Dreams with Minnie Mouse set. We purchased the Crib and Dresser. Additionally, we bought the toddler and twin bed conversion kits. I'll start out with the positive, the furniture itself is very good quality and sturdy. It's a lot heavier and better constructed that alot of the competitors. The delivery people were very professional and we were given a couple hour window for both deliveries. We ended up buying a night stand online after the initial purchase. The sales experience was not very good. When we decided on the crib set that we liked, I asked to get the toddler conversion kit, basically a side rail to keep my daughter from falling out of the bed, and the twin bed conversion kit. The sales person tried to talk me out of purchasing the conversion kits and said there was no need to purchase them. I asked, what happens if you stop selling this style crib, and he said we won't. The conversation was almost contentious. It has been two years and Rooms to Go no longer sells this style crib. I also called the manufacturer and they said it has been discontinued and they no longer sell it. If I would not have pushed to get the conversion kits at the time of sale, I would be unable to convert the crib. In the future, if I purchase furniture from Rooms to Go, it will be at another store or online.

But when we had made our decision she walked right over and was so accommodating. We made our purchase in a really easy transaction after she fully explained all the options. This was truly an enjoyable experience. I eagerly offer this review of the Room Store and further recommend Beth as the type of person that is a joy to do business with!
